These are great any-morning pancake that kids and grownups will equally enjoy.
Recipe makes approximately 10 medium-sized pancakes.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 C whole milk yogurt
- 3/4 C whole milk
- 1 egg
- 1 C whole wheat flour
- 1T brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Method:
- Combine yogurt, milk and egg in a medium mixing bowl.
- Whisk well.
- Add flour, brown sugar, salt and baking powder.
- Mix well.
- Heat buttered or greased griddle or frying pan to medium heat.
- Pour batter into desired-size circles and cook until bubbles form.
- Flip.
- Cook other side for about a minute more.
