Ingredients:
- 3 TBSP melted butter
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together butter, milk and eggs.
- Add flour, sugar and salt.
- Whisk well to combine.
- Pour about 1/2 cup into a skillet heated to medium/high to make a thin, round pancake.
- When bubbles form, carefully flip. Cook for 30 seconds to a minute.
