Crêpes

Recipe makes 6-8 crepes.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 C whole milk
  • 1/4 C warm water
  • 3 T melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 C whole wheat flour
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method:

  • In a medium bowl combine milk, water, butter and egg and whisk well.
  • Add flour, sugar and salt and mix well.
  • In a crêpe pan or skillet heat butter on medium/high.
  • Pour about 1/2 cup batter into pan and cook about 30 seconds each side.
