Recipe makes 6-8 crepes.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 C whole milk
- 1/4 C warm water
- 3 T melted butter
- 1 egg
- 3/4 C whole wheat flour
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method:
- In a medium bowl combine milk, water, butter and egg and whisk well.
- Add flour, sugar and salt and mix well.
- In a crêpe pan or skillet heat butter on medium/high.
- Pour about 1/2 cup batter into pan and cook about 30 seconds each side.
