Recipe makes 6-8 crepes.

Ingredients:
3/4 C whole milk
1/4 C warm water
3 T melted butter
1 egg
3/4 C whole wheat flour
1 TBSP sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Method:
In a medium bowl combine milk, water, butter and egg and whisk well. Add flour, sugar and salt and mix well. In a crêpe pan or skillet heat butter on medium/high. Pour about 1/2 cup batter into pan and cook about 30 seconds each side.
