Recipe makes approximately 10 medium-sized pancakes.
Ingredients:
1/4 C whole milk yogurt
3/4 C whole milk
1 egg
1 C whole wheat flour
1T brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
Method:
Combine yogurt, milk and egg in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk well. Add flour, brown sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Heat buttered or greased griddle or frying pan to medium heat. Pour batter into desired-size circles and cook until bubbles form. Flip. Cook other side for about a minute more.
