Ingredients:
3 TBSP melted butter
2 1/2 cups whole milk
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 TBSP brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
In a medium bowl, whisk together butter, milk and eggs. Add flour, sugar and salt. Whisk well to combine. Pour about 1/2 cup into a skillet heated to medium/high to make a thin, round pancake. When bubbles form, carefully flip. Cook for 30 seconds to a minute.
