Ingredients:
3 TBSP melted butter
2 1/2 C whole milk
3 eggs
1 1/4 C whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 TBSP sugar
Method:
Combine butter, milk and eggs in a medium bowl. Whisk.
Add flour, salt and sugar. Whisk to combine.
Heat skillet to medium/high. Melt about a tsp butter or cooking oil of choice. Pour about 1/2 C batter into pan. Once bubble form all over, carefully flip. Cook for less than a minute more.
